1General information
This policy applies to the mobile game Geometryczna Ewolucja (Geometric Evolution) and its official website, published by PixelArray Games / Piotr Stefaniak.
It describes local Game saves, the optional Google Play Games sign-in, embedded YouTube videos and email contact.
2Data stored by the Game
The Game does not require a Developer account or a sign-in for core gameplay and does not upload gameplay progress to the Developer’s server. The optional Google Play Games sign-in is described in section 3.
The following data may be stored locally on the device:
- board state, progress, scores, high scores and statistics,
- unlocked shapes, backgrounds and other content,
- language, graphics, music and sound settings,
- tutorial state and information required for the undo feature.
Update 1.2.0 preserves existing local saves and player progress.
3Permissions, Internet and Google Play Games
The Game does not require access to contacts, photos, precise location or the microphone. The INTERNET permission is used by the optional Google Play Games features (sign-in, player profile, leaderboard) and by links the user deliberately opens.
The Google Play Games sign-in is entirely voluntary — the Game neither requires nor forces it. Core gameplay and local saves work without signing in and without an Internet connection.
Using the Google Play Games sign-in — from the moment it is started — involves the collection and processing of data by Google. This covers at least the player identifier linked to the Google account and the score and progress needed for the leaderboard to work.
Google processes this data under the terms of the Google Privacy Policy, which is separate from this document.
Declining to sign in, signing out or having no Internet connection does not block local gameplay or saving progress on the device.
4Advertising and purchases — status in version 1.2.0
The first 3 undos in each game are free. Once they are used, the undo button stays disabled until a new game is started.
Version 1.2.0 contains no active ads and no in-app purchases. The Game does not display ads, does not include an advertising SDK and does not use the advertising identifier.
Core gameplay and local saves work offline.
If ads or in-app purchases are introduced in a future update, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before they are enabled.
5Website and YouTube videos
The website does not require an account and does not use its own analytics system. It stores only the selected website language locally in the browser.
The Game tab contains YouTube videos embedded using privacy-enhanced mode. A video is loaded only after the tab is opened. After loading or playing the content, YouTube/Google may receive technical data under its own privacy rules.
6Feedback and email contact
The website does not use a feedback form. A user may voluntarily send a message through their own email app. The Developer then processes the email address and message content only to handle the feedback, question or bug report.
Feedback will not be published on the website without the author’s consent.
7Children
The Game is a logic puzzle suitable for different age groups. It does not ask children to create an account or provide personal data. Version 1.2.0 does not display any ads.
The Google Play Games sign-in remains voluntary and requires the user’s own Google account. Should a future update introduce ads, they will be configured in accordance with Google Play’s Families Policy Requirements.
8Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when new features, SDKs or data-processing methods are introduced. The current version will be available on this page together with its effective date.
9Data safety
Commitment to comply with Google Play’s Families Policy Requirements
In version 1.2.0 the only channel that sends data off the device is the optional Google Play Games sign-in described in section 3. The Google Play Data safety declaration remains consistent with the actual behaviour of the published Game version and the third-party SDKs it includes.
